When you come to our site, it is private. Nobody has to know what you are looking at or looking for. Or worse, that someone takes off with your personal data. That’s why we do everything we can to keep your private data really private.
Your personal data are only accessible to employees of Hanze University, who need it for their position. As the law demands from us too.
EnTranCe can be regarded as the person responsible for processing the personal data of the aforementioned target groups linked to EnTranCe within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation Act (AVG).
EnTranCe stores your personal data in secure databases. We register this data the moment you leave them on our website via web forms, or if you leave them behind during an event or at other encounters.
We do not pass on your information to third parties for commercial purposes.

We use Google Analytics. We do not collect IP addresses or other personal data.

We only use your personal data for the purposes mentioned below. If, in exceptional situations, we want to use your data for a different purpose, we will only do so after we have received your permission. You also have the right to revoke that permission.
